Police searching for man who robbed business
Metro Police are searching for a man who robbed a business near Rainbow and Charleston boulevards.
According to police, the man walked into the business just before 11 p.m. June 23. Police say he pretended to be a customer, but when he got to the counter, he put his right hand into a bag, simulated a weapon and demanded money.
The clerk gave him money and the man left the business on foot.
The man police are looking for is described as a black man between 5 foot 11 and 6 foot 1. He is between 190 and 210 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue button-up, short-sleeve shirt over a black T-shirt, khaki cargo shorts, blue, deck-style shoes with white calf-length socks.
He was carrying a black drawstring bag.
