There is a chance to watch and ride hot air balloons this weekend all to benefit Deaf Kids' Funding.

The Norris Foundation Las Vegas Hot Air Balloon Festival starts with balloon races starting at 6 a.m. Saturday and Sunday at Southern Hills Hospital. People can ride along in the races for $200. Children who want to ride along must be 48 inches tall. People interested should make reservations through Adventure Balloons at 247-6905.

People do not need reservations for tethered balloon rides that cost $5. Kids can walk around the grounded balloons between 9 a.m. and noon on Saturday. A balloon glow is set for 7 p.m. Saturday. The balloons burners will be lit on the tethered balloons allowing them to glow.

Admission to the festival is free.
