Silver State Schools Credit Union Closing 3 Branches | Employment / Jobs
Silver State Schools Credit Union announced Wednesday it will be closing three branches in January.
The credit union will close the branches at Fort Apache Road and Sahara Avenue, Durango and Warm Springs, and Craig Road and Tenaya Way inside the Albertson’s store.
“Silver State Schools Credit Union holds the members served by these branches in the highest regard, and we are proactively communicating with those members to let them know about the closing and the options available to them,” President/CEO Andrew Hunter said.
The closures are part of an effort to reduce costs. The employees at the branches will be given a chance to relocate to other branches. The closures will take effect by the middle of January.
