A new restaurant and gourmet food shop set to open at Market LV, the new addition to Tivioli Village that just opened, has announced its choice for executive chef. View Wine Bar & Kitchen has hired Chef Johnny Church to head up the kitchen.
Church was named one of Las Vegas’ rising chefs by Wine Spectator Magazine. He has worked at Aureole at Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino, Andre’s at Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino, and AJ’s Steakhouse at the Hard Rock Hotel.
Most recently, he has been working for celebrity chefs Bradley Ogden and Michael Mina in restaurants in California.
“I’m really excited to be returning to Las Vegas to be a part of the View Wine Bar & Kitchen from the ground up,” says Chef Johnny Church. “My vision is to use the freshest ingredients available to produce affordable gourmet dishes that will ensure customer satisfaction for lunch and dinner in the View Restaurant and the View Cheese Shoppe.”
