I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where I first began my career in Real Estate eight years ago. I recently moved to the Las Vegas area where I joined RE/MAX EXTREME. I am a full time Realtor and hold active Real Estate licenses in both Nevada and California. I spend the majority of my time helping Buyers and Sellers buy and sell residential Real Estate. I have additional experience working with numerous different Investor groups, all with varying objectives. I am well versed in contracts and Real Estate negotiations, rehabbing properties, the purchase and sale of foreclosure properties, and servicing everyone from Investors to first-time home buyers. My personal motto is "Create Luck" and I focus all of my energy on doing just that!

I specialize in standard sales, foreclosure auction procedures (bidding, purchasing, etc.), general property rehab, short sales, and REO negotiations.
