Coroner IDs man, 73, found in Vegas trash bin | News

LAS VEGAS (AP) -- Authorities have identified a 73-year-old man whose body was found in a trash bin near his Las Vegas apartment.

Clark County coroner's officials say Richard Fierro was the man found dead about 7 a.m. Tuesday in an apartment complex in The Lakes area, several miles west of the Las Vegas Strip. A cause and manner of death haven't yet been released.

Police say Fierro may have suffered a medical episode before he died.

Detectives say there was no visible sign of trauma, and nothing appeared to be missing from the apartment where the man lived alone.
